Rita H. Waltz of Oberlin passed away on February 26, 2026 after a long illness.  She was born on May 20, 1938 in Kleinrinderfeld Germany. She moved to the United States in 1957 and married J. Glenn Waltz in 1959. They moved to Oberlin in 1963. She worked as property manager at Oberlin College. Rita retired from the college but continued to be involved real estate through student rentals.
