Orena Wood

Orena Wood 88 of Wellington passed away at Hospice of the Western Reserve of Medina on February 21 2024.  She was born in Summersville, W.V. on March 23 1935.  She worked as a lunch aid for Cleveland public schools.  Orena enjoyed gardening, cooking, canning, feeding the birds and taking care of cats.  She is survived by her daughter Sharon Lynn Novak, son Robert Lee Wood, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents Orland and Nola Rader, husband Percy Leland Wood, son Michael J. Wood, daughter Linda May Wood and a host of brothers and sisters.  There will be a graveside service at Penfield Twp.
