William J. Visnic

William J. Visnic 64 of Oberlin passed away at Mercy Regional in Lorain on January 8 2024.  He was born in Cleveland on June 12 1959.  William worked as a roofer for many years.  He enjoyed all sports especially watching the Cleveland Browns, fishing and spending time with family and friends.  William is survived by his father Michael Visnic Jr., son William Visnic Jr., brothers Michael Visnic, Robert Visnic, sister Catherine Cote, brothers Karl Visnic, Randy Pierce, George Visnic and Lawrence Visnic, host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Marlene Pierce and a sister Connie Gibbs.  There will be a visitation on January 16 2024 from 10am until time of services at 11am with Pastor Brian Kenyon officiating at the Cowling Funeral Home of Oberlin with burial to follow in Brookdale Cemetery.  Online condolences may be made to www.cowlingfuneralhomeoh.com
