Vivian Marie Peabody

Vivian passed away Allen Mercy Hospital. She was a graduate of Oberlin High 1935 & Oberlin Business College 1936. Vivian worked as a Mail Room Administartor for all incoming & outgoing mail for Western Automatic Machine Screw Co., Stanadyne, & Moen Faucet Co. of Elyria for 42 years ret. in 1978. She was a longtime member of First United Meth. Church of Oberlin, Rebecca Circle, 65 year member of Local Grange, State & National Grange, past Juvenile Deputy of State Grange, Farm Womens Club. She was a volunteer Womens Auxilary of Allen Medical Center & volunteered at Oberlin Senior Ceneter, & Oberlin Library. Member of AARP local & National & past president of Oberlin Business & Professional Womens Club & Literary Social Club. Vivian enjoyed traveling, gardening, bowling, & playing cards.
