Vivian Ann Gates

Vivian Ann Gates 76 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away July 11 2018.  She was born in Washington, D.C. on August 14 1942.  Ann worked as a Nursing Administrator for many years and was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Oberlin and served as church clerk for many years as well..  She enjoyed fishing, reading, watching basketball and spending time with her grandchildren.  She is survived by her 2 daughters Telva (Keith) Hogan, Katrina (Dedric) Jewell, 2 sons Darrien (Cathy) Northcutt and Douglas (Wanda) Northcutt, 26 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.  There will be a visitation from 10am until time services at 11am tomorrow July 18 2019 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Oberlin with Pastor Fred Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Westwood Cemetery. Online condolences may be made to www.cowlingfuneralhomeoh.com
