Ted R. Squires

Ted R. Squires 62 of Oberlin passed away January 22 2017 at University Hospital in Elyria.  He was born in Oberlin, Ohio on March 15 1954.  Ted worked as an Electrical Engineer & as a  grain farmer for many years.  Ted enjoyed working on cars & gardening.  He is survived by his father Paul Squires  of Oberlin 2 sons Brian ( Linda) Squires of Lorain & Sean Squires of Wellington, 3 grandchildren Ryan, Wyatt & Emma, brother Tom Squires of Oberlin, sister Jan Bornstein of Columbia, Md. He was preceded in death by his mother Irene Squires.  There will be a Gathering of Family & Friends Monday February 6 2017 from 6-8pm at the Cowling Funeral Home in Oberlin.  There will be a private family burial at a later date.  In liue of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to the family to help funeral costs & to set up scholarship fund for grandchildren.  Online condolences may be made to www.cowlingfuneralhomeoh.com
