Roosevelt Daniels

Roosevelt Daniels 88 of Oberlin passed away at Mercy Regional in Lorain on April 26 2023. He was born in Demopolis, Alabama on October 15 1934.  Roosevelt work at Ford as a painter for 30 years retiring in 1998.  He enjoyed taliking on his CB radio and his call sign was Black Hawk. He also enjoyed painting for family and friends, cooking, cracking jokes, Monday nigh wrestling and watching western shoot em up movies.  He is survived by his  beloved wife Willie Ann Daniels his 4 sons Cornelious Smith, Harvest Daniels, Samuel Daniels I and Merley Daniels, 10 Grandchildren, host of great grandchildren, 3 brothers and 4 sisters.  He was preceded in death by his parents Nathan and Beulah Daniels, son David Daniels, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.  There will be a visitation Tuesday May 2 2023 from 10am until time of services  at 11am at Cowling Funeral Home in Oberlin with Pastor Lester Allen officiating.
