Raymond Dale Lance

Raymond Dale Lance was born to Sheila Scott, nee: Winningham and Raymond Ezra Lance, in Oberlin, Ohio. He graduated from Oberlin High School and attended Hocking Technical College, studying Culinary Arts.

Raymond was known as RAY RAY, to his numerous friends and as Dale to his large and loving family. He died at his residence with his Mother and Step Father, Anthony Scott.  Known as the kindest, most generous, most helpful and loving person, Raymond loved life.  He was creative, loved nature, enjoyed prospecting and collecting rocks, and music. He especially loved his family. Most of all Ray loved helping people.  He will be greatly missed. 

Raymond leaves to mourn his passing, his parents, and two brothers: Shawn Thompson of Oberlin; Ezra Lance of Sheffield Township; two sisters, Becky Sutphin of Oberlin and Renee Cuson of LaGrange.  In addition, he leaves four aunts, 10 nieces/nephews, a host of cousins and one God-Daughter.
