Pedro L. Garcia Sr.

Pedro Luis Garcia Sr. departed this life at his home in Oberlin, OH on February 5th, 2021. He  was born on July 25, 1946 in Ponce Puerto Rico. 

He was married to Roberta E. (nee Spotts) Garcia for 54 years. 

He had been employed at Ford Motor, U.S. Steel, Oberlin College, and retired from Lorain  County Community College.  

Pedro is survived by his Daughter Samatra Garcia (Jerrol Williams); Grandchildren, Jerrol  Garcia-Williams, Jamell Garcia-Williams, Jade Garcia-Williams, Amir Garcia and Adonis Garcia;  Sisters, Rosa (Miguel) Capetillo, Mercy (John) Santos, Carmen Garcia (DeVaughn Kittrell), Julie  (Maurice) Garcia-Briceno, Judy (Terry) Garcia-Moody; Brothers, Sixto Garcia and Frank  (Eleanor) Garcia, and a host of nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his Son, Pedro Luis Garcia Jr., and his Parents, Sixto Aldea  Garcia and Julia Rios Garcia.
