Patti was a very special person; always smiling, yet strongly opinionated.
She was never one to be patronized, and would call you on it if you were doing so. She (as did my brother) taught me that, though we think not, we all have challenges-whether they be mental, physical, emotional, spiritual...and it's not the challenge that defines us but the way we deal with the challenge.
I am very fortunate to have known her and members of the wonderful family into which she was born.
