Patricia passed away at Hospice of the Western Reserve after a short illness. She lived in Wellington before moving to the Avon Lake area. Patricia enjoyed Country music, basketball enjoying the Cleveland Cavs, traveling to parks with the group home & family reunions. Memorial Contributions may be made to Our Lady of the Wayside.
