Patricia A. Domain

Endearingly known as 'Mama, Main', Patricia Domain, 81, of Oberlin, peacefully left this world on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. Patricia was born March 16, 1940 in St. Clair, Pennsylvania.

She grew up in McMurray, Pennsylvania and graduated from Peters Township High School. She met the love of her life on a blind date in 1958, marrying Airman Frank Domain on June 27, 1959. She moved with her husband to Watertown, New York and as far as Berlin, Germany. Patricia moved to Oberlin with her family in 1971. She dedicated her life to her husband and children. Patricia spent several years as a stay at home mom before working for the Morning Journal in Lorain. After that she turned back to the thing she was best at, caring for children. For more than 25 years, Patricia touched the lives of several families by nurturing and caring for their children.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 62 years, Frank Domain; daughters, Terri Domain, Holly Domain-Kasper, both of Oberlin and Tracy (Rick) Sayers of LaGrange; son, Randy (Sandra) Domain of Lorain; seven grandsons, Malcolm, J.C., William, Bryan, Braden, Benjamin and Alex.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Ann and Harrison Fink; son, Brian Domain; three brothers, Ralph, Paul and Donald Fink and a sister, Shirley (Howard) Roessler.

There will be a visitation at the Cowling Funeral Home in Oberlin on Monday, January 31, 2022 from 5 to 7 p.m. Services will be Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with The Reverend David Hill officiating, followed by a Graveside Service in Westwood Cemetery, Oberlin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Oberlin Community Center, Welcome Nursing Home or First Church of Oberlin.
