Marybelle Brubaker

Marybelle Brubaker 94 formally of Oberlin passed away at Admirals Point in Huron on October 25 2021. She was born in Vandergraft, Pa. on June 28 1927. Marybelle worked as a Registrar for Owens Community College in Perrysburg, Ohio for 15years retiring in 1987. She was a member of the Oberlin Bridge Club and Book Club. She enjoyed knitting, reading, cooking, painting and card games. Marybelle is survived by her daughter Gayle (Matthew) Schmuhl, 2 sons Patrick Brubaker and Chris (Rosie) Brubaker, 3 grandchildren Theresa Didion, Timothy and Daniel Schmuhl, 3 great grandchildren Morgan, Lauren and Zachary Didion. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Melinda Roose, Husband Dr. Gail A. Brubaker, grandson Nicholas Brubaker, sister Bernadine Klingensmith and half sister Louise Walker. There will be a private family graveside servcie in Westwood Cemetery at a later date.
