Maria Anne Wossilek

Maria Anne Wossilek 70 of Oberlin passed away unexpectedly May 15 2022.  She was born in Oberlin on November 10 1951 to her parents Robert Pandy Sr. and Cecelia Pandy (nee Rodotchie).  Maria graduated from Oberlin High school in 1970.  She continued her studies in Chemistry at the Univ. of Cincinnati.  Maria worked for the city of Oberlin from 1975-2006 when she retired as the Superintendent of the Water Pollution Control Facility.  She is survived by her husband of 44 years William, daughter Jennifer Wossilek Moore, granddaughter Hannah Moore, brother Robert Pandy Jr., nephews Bryan Pandy (Melissa Rodgers), Forrestier Pandy, Richard Pandy (Shannon Bowshier), great nieces Victoria Rodgers and Cecilia Pandy, great nephews Jonathan Rodgers and Wyatt Pandy.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Larry Pandy.  Maria's interests were spending time with family, the operation of the family farm, gardening and cooking holiday meals and desserts.  There will be a private memorial service in the future to celebrate her life.  Online condolences may be made to www.cowlingfuneralhomeoh.com
