Ed G. White Jr.

Ed White Jr.,92,  passed away Friday, July 5, 2024 at his residence surrounded by his family. Ed was the sixth of seven children born to the union of the late Ed White, Sr and Mayme (nee Jones) White, on Wednesday, September 23, 1931, in Barbourville, KY.

In addition to his parents, Ed was preceded in death by brothers; Charles White, Sam White, Kenneth White, sisters; Catherine Wallace, Mary Gregory and Dorothy Gregory, granddaughter; Miranda Gonzolez. Ed leaves to cherish his memory his wife Deloris, sons; Stanley, Phillip, Timothy, Mark, Jeffrey, and Jason, daughters; Sandra (Kenneth) Phillips and Celeste (Shaylan) Yarber; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 12, 2024 at 11 AM at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 47 Locust St., Oberlin, OH 44074. Family will receive friends from 10 AM until time of service.
