Dolores Y. Randleman 83 of Oberlin passed away at her home surrounded by her loving family on August 14 2020. She was born in Lorain on November 8 1936. She worked as a LPN for many years throughout the United States and abroad. Dolores was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church of Oberlin and was a church nurse and Missionary. She was also a member of the LPNAO, Mercy Parrish Nursing, National Association of Negro Business Professional Womens Club, Queens Garden of the National Association of the Colored Women's Club, Oberlin 20th Century Club, Northern Ohio Baptist Distric Assc., Weather Wife and Lupus Association. She enjoyed bowling, golf, travel, Listening Corner at Eastwood Elementary School and spending time with family and friends. Dolores is survived by her 3 duaghters Terrie E. Randleman-Smith, Tanya Y. Head and Dianna M. Walden, 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 2 brothers Walter Atwood and Glenn Atwood Jr., 2 sisters Mary Butler and Helen Lester. She was preceded in death by her parents Glenn and Hazel Atwood, her husband Franklin C. Randleman, son Franklin C. Randleman Jr., grandson Franklin J. Randleman Jr., brother Henry Atwood. There will be a graveside service in Westwood Cemetery on Thursday August 20 2020 at 11am with Rev. Fred Bell officiating. Please practice social distancing and wear a mask .
