Courtney Diane Grills

Courtney D. Grills 17 of Wellington passed away unexpectedly September 26 2018.  She was born January 12 2001 in Lorain, Ohio.  She was a senior at Life Skills High School and enjoyed horseback riding, playing softball, going to the beach, swimming and dressing up as a princess. She is survived by her Mother Stacy Patterson Grills (Rob Steele) of Wellington, Father Craig Grills of Oberlin, Sisters Chelsea Kane Grills of Lorain, Kathryn Lee Patten Grills of Wellington, Maternal Grandmother Ellen Patterson of Wellington, Paternal Grandparents Anthony and Dora Grills of Wakeman and a host of Aunts Uncles and Cousins. She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandfather James Patterson.  Visitation will be Monday October 1 2018 from 5-8pm at the Cowling Funeral Home of Oberlin where services will be on Tuesday October 2 2018 at 11am with Pastor Bill Kopas officiating.  There will be a private family burial at a later date.  "She is clothed in strength and dignity, and laughs without fear of the future" Proverbs 31:25 In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to New Directions Rehab in Pepper Pike, Ohio.  Online condolences may be made to www.cowlingfuneralhomeoh.com
