Carol J. Sharp

Carol J. Sharp 84 of Wellington passed away on August 2 2021 at New Life Hospice after a short illness. She was born in Cleveland on January 28 1937. Carol worked as a cashier at Fisher Fazio's in Oberlin and was a member of both Sacred Heart and St. Patricks Catholic Church. She enjoyed cooking, her animals, playing solitare, yard work, gardening, watching the cooking show and spending time with her family. Carol is survived by her 2 sons Dennis and David Sharp both of Wellington, duaghter Dorothy Sharp of Oberlin, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and 1 brother Donald Kunzen. She was preceded in death by her Husband Irwin Sharp, parents Edward and Florence Kunzen, daughter Debra Jean Sharp, great grandduaghter Faith Sharp, sister Ruth Policy and 2 brothers Paul and Harold Kunzen.. Carol is now reunited with her husband and first born. There will be a visitation Wednesday August 4 2021 at Cowling Funeral Home from 5-7pm. Funeral Mass will be on Thursday August 5 2021 at 10am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Oberlin with Father David Trask officiating. Burial will follow in Pittsfield Cemetery.
