On Sunday May 3, 2021, Beulah Mae Williams loving mother, grandmother, and wife was called to rest by her Lord and Savior after battling a short illness. Beulah Mae Williams was born August 12, 1936 in McRoberts Kentucky. Beulah leaves behind five sons: Warren Colbert, Danny Colbert Sr., Christopher Robison, St. John Harris, Guy Robison- (proceeded in death by). Beulah also leaves behind 51 -grandchildren, great-grands, and great-greats. Beulah is proceeded in death by 4 husbands as well as 12 siblings. She leaves behind 3 siblings: Bishop Willie Lamb, Bishop Sally Miller, Elder Kenny Lamb. Beulah was a member of Rust United Methodist Church from 1956 to the present, she held many positions in the church community. Beulah was a member of Martha Chapter # 35 Eastern Star, Oberlin Ohio for thirty-plus years and a member of Ohio Association of Beauticians for thirty plus years serving many compacities. Beulah was the Owner and operator of Unique Soul Salon, the first Black female owned business in Oberlin, Ohio from 1978 to present day. She will be loved and missed by host of family, friends, and community.
Services will be held Monday May 10,2021 at Rust United Methodist Church,128 Groveland Street, Oberlin, Ohio 44074 with visitation from 10:00 am until services at 11:00 am which will be Family Only. Services with Bishop Albert Cooper, National Overseer of Church of God M.P.G.T. officiating. Private Family burial will be held at Westwood Cemetery.
