Betty L. Hobill

Betty Louise Hobill 96 of Oberlin passed away November 15 2018 at Welcome Nursing Home. She was born in Oberlin on December 24 1921.  She worked as a postal carrier for 2 years retiring in 1970.  She was a member of East Oberlin Community Church and enjoyed crossword puzzles country music and shooting pool with family and friends.  She is survived by her 2 grandchildren Dawn Bush of Avon and Adam Hobill of Sweeny, Texas, 2 great grandsons Nathan and Luke Hobill.  She was preceded in death by her parents Leo and Esther Allen, husband William Hobill son David Hobill and a brother Edwin Allen.  There will be a private burial in Westwood Cemetery.
