Marvin Atkinson

Marvin Atkinson 68 of Boston Mass passed away March 7 2017 after a short illness. He was a veteran of the US Army during the Vietnam War.  He worked as a painter  at the Veterans Home in Boston.  He was an avid sports fan & enjoyed running & coming to Ohio to visit with family & friends.  Marvin is survived by his daughter Deanna Atkinson, son Robert Atkinson, 2 Brothers Milton & Hillard Atkinson, 2 sisters Edna Yarber & Marjorie Davidson many nieces, nephews & other relatives.  He was preceded in death by his parents Hillard & Georgia Atkinson, brothers James, D'Arthur, Curtis, & Tommy Atkinson & a sister Emma Jackson.  There will be a visitation from 10am until time of services at 11am on Friday March 31 2017 in the Cowling Funeral Home of Oberlin with Rev.
