Dianne E. Ripley

Dianne E. Ripley 84 of Oberlin passed away on August 23 2019 at New Life Hospice in Lorain.  She was born on February 13 1935 in Columbus, Ohio.  She worked as a High School Teacher and was a Residential Hall Director at Oberlin College.  Dianne was a member of First Church of Oberlin and she enjoyed making greeting cards, adult coloring books, travel, going to the casinos and was an avid sports fan watching the Indians, Buckeyes and Browns on tv.  She is survived by her husband of 57 years Clarence Art Ripley Jr.of Oberlin, daughter Marissa (Robert) Bowden of North Ridgeville, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Florence Elliot, son Eric Ripley and daughter Kristen Ripley.  There will be a Memorial Service on Thursday at 6pm August 29 2019 at First Church of Oberlin with Rev.
